INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PATIENTS / COUPLE
1. Location of the clinic
Dr. CHAKRAVARTHY’s WELLNESS CLINIC,
GSSNRA 105, NCC ROAD, AMBALAMUKKU, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, KERALA, INDIA.
6.5 Km From Thampanoor Bus Stand / Trivandrum Central Railway Station (TVC)
12.5 Km From Trivandrum International Airport (TRV)

Near to Manamboor Sree Maha Ganapathi Temple
2. Always try to consult with your Partner.
It is very important to consult as couples.
If you have a current sexual partner, it’s best if you attend sessions together,
because sexual and relationship difficulties rarely ‘belong’ to one partner or the other.
If you don’t have a sexual partner at this time, or she / he is not willing to attend,
you may still find it helpful to attend sessions on your own.
For Sex Therapy, both the partners need to be present.
3. Take Prior Appointment Over Phone.
Consultation is strictly on Prior Appointment only.
Your time is precious as doctors’.

Kindly inform if you cannot reach in time or want to change the appointment.
4. One hour is allotted per patient / couple.
One hour is required for detailed case taking and physical examination.
We are practicing Modern Medicine (Allopathy/ English Medicine) and
we are the Specialists in Sexual Medicine.
Unlike other systems of Medicine, ours is evidence based medicine.
Hence a protocol is maintained for history taking and evaluation.
5.Consultation Timings
Consultation timings are
5:30 PM – 8:30 PM on Monday to Saturday &
10:00 AM – 01:00 PM on Sundays.

6. Talk openly to the doctor.
Open your mind and answer the questions frankly.
It is very important to find the cause of you sexual problem &
